Dawson Hall and Carl Noseworthy of Metal Specialty Mechanical Limited have been doing work in our building since 1992 when Fortis Properties took ownership.

In 1993, Metal Specialty looked after the ductwork fabrication and installation of 197 heat pumps in our building at Fortis Properties, 4 Herald Avenue.  They have also supplied and installed ductwork, and installed a 50 ton rooftop unit in our Millbrook Mall.

Their ability to do work is very professional in the industry.  It was a pleasure dealing with Metal Specialty Mechanical Limited.  We are looking forward to working with them in the near future on other projects.
